Payment

Online payment may be completed during checkout when available. Orders collected in store may also be paid at the in-store point of sale when that option is offered at checkout. Cash on receipt applies to eligible delivered orders and is not the same as paying for a pickup order.

Pickup availability depends on the items being stocked at the Nile City Mall location. Floral products are subject to seasonal availability and the Floral Availability & Substitutions policy.

Order changes and cancellations

Many Rose Botique arrangements are prepared specifically for each order and can include fresh, perishable, personalised, or specially sourced items. Please request changes or cancellations as soon as possible through our Contact page. Once preparation, sourcing, or fulfilment has begun, a change or cancellation might not be possible.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or in an unexpected condition, contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where appropriate. Fresh and personalised items
