These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Rose Botique. By using the store, you agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and comply with the policies displayed during your visit or order.

Products and presentation

Flowers are natural products and can vary in colour, shape, size, and stage of bloom. Product images and descriptions are provided to communicate the intended style and character of an item. Seasonal availability may require suitable substitutions in accordance with the Floral Availability and Substitutions policy.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Rose Botique may contact the customer to clarify order information, availability, delivery, pickup, payment, or special requests. An order may be declined or cancelled where fulfilment is not reasonably possible, payment is not authorised, information is incomplete, or fraud or misuse is suspected. Any payment collected for an order that is not accepted will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment and refund process.

Prices and payment

Current prices, taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown during checkout or otherwise confirmed before purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing the total before completing payment.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery and pickup are governed by the applicable information shown during checkout and by the store’s Shipping and Delivery Policy. Customers should not travel for pickup until they receive confirmation that their order is ready.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Third-party services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rose Botique is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
