Floral Availability & Substitutions

Natural variation

Flowers are natural products, so colours, shapes, sizes, and stages of bloom can vary from the photographs or descriptions shown online. These natural differences are part of what makes every arrangement unique.

Seasonal availability

Specific flowers, foliage, wrapping materials, containers, and decorative details are subject to seasonal and local availability. If an item is unavailable, Rose Botique may use a suitable alternative that preserves the intended style, colour direction, and overall character of the arrangement as closely as reasonably possible.

Significant substitutions

When a proposed substitution would materially change the character of an order, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer using the order details provided. If we cannot reach the customer before preparation or delivery, we may proceed with an appropriate alternative so the occasion is not unnecessarily delayed.

Special requests

Please include important colour preferences, flowers to avoid, allergies, or other essential requests when ordering. Requests are considered carefully but remain subject to availability and suitability.
