Store Pickup Policy

Rose Botique offers local pickup for online orders from our Nile City Mall location.

Pickup hours

Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Preparation time

Pickup orders are usually ready within 4 hours. Please wait until Shopify confirms that your order is ready before visiting the store.

Payment

Online payment may be completed during checkout when available. Orders collected in store may also be paid at the in-store point of sale when that option is offered at checkout. Cash on receipt applies to eligible delivered orders and is not the same as paying for a pickup order.

Availability

Pickup availability depends on the items being stocked at the Nile City Mall location. Floral products are subject to seasonal availability and the Floral Availability & Substitutions policy.

Collecting your order

Bring your order confirmation and the name used for the order. If another person will collect it, they should have the order confirmation.
